Members of the team at MLC Derby had a fun afternoon robbing a bank and hunting for gold.
Don’t worry, no laws were broken, instead, a team-building exercise was hosted by the fantastic guys at The Escape Room Guys, Derby.
The MLC exists to enable our collective – our community – to develop through a music-centred pathway of their choice. This includes our teachers.
MLC Derby manager, Nishan Chady said;
By solving puzzles, hunting for clues and working as a team, we managed to find 11 of the 15 bars stored in the vault. It was a fantastic experience and we highly recommended team building or social events!
The team took part in one of three rooms available: The Great Heist. The target was to steal as much gold as possible from the high-security bank’s vault. As it turned out and according to the website, this was actually the most difficult of all three rooms! Unfortunately, the gold turned out to be props and not worth much so it was replaced ready for another team to test their skills.
