Welcome to the Music Learning Collective (MLC) careers page.

Before applying to work with us at the MLC, we feel that it is important that you get to know a little about us.

Our story

Since opening the doors of our flagship academy in 2007, we have helped thousands of people to realise their musical ambitions. This has only been made possible by having a dedicated, enthusiastic, and loyal team who believes in our values as much as we do.

Where we operate

Since 2007, we have worked steadily to build a sustainable business that now operates in the United Kingdom, France and Italy.

MLC values inclusivity and diversity, I was fortunate to start working with MLC immediately after graduating from University and I’ve been given so many opportunities to develop and express myself in the short time I’ve been here.
